With 7+ years of experience into the industry, Stephan is a great leader who inspires. He is always there for the team, solving issues that may seem insolvable to others. He’s an active-listener who is always ready to implement her ideas and messages from teammates into projects due to his strategic thinking skills. Some of Stephan’s key skills are management, marketing and communication.
Stephan’s favorite project he’s done for VisualGest ERP is the PEEM application. He was truly inspired by it because of the evolution process that this app has gone through. In fact, he says that seeing a project/app created from scratch with just an idea and after seeing this idea turn into a product on the market and benefit a lot of people was exciting.
What motivates Stephan? Stephan likes to make things work when they are not, and watch the growth process of VisualGest’s products and employees as well. He says that the reason for his success is good planning of the day both professionally and personally.

Bob has more than 25 years of experience in management and international project development. He has an in-depth understanding of the Information Systems and Technology industry. Bob has been with VisualGest ERP from its beginnings, and he is the person we go to any time we need to know something about software, implementation or operations.
Bod is really good at projects and people management, because of his international experience. He also takes pride in new technology implementation skills, communication skills, negotiation and decision-making skills. Challenging projects motivate and inspire him because he can do his best and experience the best possible outcome.
What does Bob like doing in his free time? Plenty of activities including sports, nature, travel, going to the cinema, etc.
Marina Ludu
Accounting and Finance Specialist
Marina is in the industry for an astonishing 35 years and she has been working for VisualGest for 28 years. So, she is excellent at giving you advice about finance and the correlation of financial management with the success of your business.
Some of Marina’s top skills are endurance, perseverance and communication. Despite being an expert in accounting and finance, Marina has worked immensely towards putting our ERP software on the market. Marina is motivated by challenges, which adds up to the fact that she is a hard-worker who is dedicated and passionate about her job!

Delfina Zhupan Lazareski

When we mention Delfina, we think of organization and hard work while maintaining a positive attitude. And we all think that’s essential for success. Some of the skills that Delfina is proud of are the following: strategy and organization, leadership and collaboration, communication, time management, evaluating performance and productivity.
Delfina’s favorite project is VG PEEM because it was a challenge for her to manage an app development project. However, she says that the process was exciting and fun all the way.
What motivates Delfina? Success! Knowing the fact that her hard work and determination will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps her going. She mentions her family as well who are her biggest supporters.
Sinisha - James Nestoroski

Sinisha has been fixing bugs for 8 years now! That’s quite an effort, don’t you agree? He’s an expert in software engineering, DB engineering and API development. His teamwork oriented attitude and his focus on end users are a perfect combination for success of all of his projects.
When talking about projects, we’d like to put the spotlight on his latest one called Teorem. Sinisha likes this project because it was API development from scratch, where he had the freedom to design it the way he thought it was the best. He also implemented several different new technologies which were challenging and fun to work with.
Being honest as he always is, Sinisha is straightforward to say that he is motivated by deadlines and money. It’s what most of us feel most productive about, right?
Favorite out of work activity? Biking.
Srgjan Ristovski

Srgjan’s two traits are his problem solving attitude and preparedness to take on new challenges, making him a professional in software development. He’s modest to say that his key skills are patience and attention to detail when we know that the list of tech skills is so extensive. He’s knowledgeable and experienced in C#, .NET, ASP.NET (MVC, WebAPI), WinForms, WPF, WCF, Restfull, MSSQL, MYSQL, Entity Framework, LINQ, XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Visual Studio.
The PEEM Manager application is Srgjan’s fav project because he had fun working on it, and the app makes it easier to manage the products for the PEEM app. Other than development which is fun for Srgjan, he also loves cars or anything related to cars.
What motivates Srgjan? All of his hard work and efforts are dedicated to him providing for his family that are his biggest support.
Aleksandar Kuzmanovski
Front-end Developer & Web Designer
The 7+ years of experience in the development industry make Alex a pro in user experience design. He fluently speaks the following computer languages: HTML 5, CSS, PHP and Javascript, while juggling with technologies such as CMS, Jquery, WordPress, all polished by: User Interface Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
While the list of skills Alex has seems to be endless, he is still motivated to learn new things every single day. Alex also likes to share his creative ideas with the other and he is a great mentor who takes pride in coaching and helping others, leading the team to success.
His favorite out of work activity? Having fun with his friends, hiking and biking.
Taki Gogov

Taki is the .NET developer who always brings a fresh perspective in the team. Out of the plenty of skills he is experienced in, he takes pride in: #C, .NET, and MSSQL. The continuous zest for learning and evolving make Taki a perfect match to our team of developers. In fact, he is inspired and motivated when working with his colleagues and teamwork is one of his strengths. Due to his adaptive nature, he is a team member anyone could wish for.
Taki’s favorite project he has completed for VisualGest was the Forgotten Cart Service. This application is a Windows service used for notifying users that they have pending items in their cart. The Forgotten Cart Service reminds them to finish the order via email.
What’s Taki doing when he isn’t working? In summer you can find Taki at the beach relaxing, and in winter he is rocking the mountains with his snowboard.
Darko Fotinovski
Front-end Developer & UI/UX Designer
His willingness to learn and explore new things make him one of the most creative team members of VG Digital. Darko designs websites and feels most inspired whenever he is perfecting or recreating some features that can be improved. He’s really proud of the skills he has when it comes to making features functionable as well as designing the perfect prototype before it gets coded.
Darko’s favorite project is the page you’re looking at! He was part of its creation from the very start and he was responsible for colors, fonts, layout, etc. So, if you like how VG Digital looks, then talk to Darko for some insights.

Guess who is responsible for creating flawless apps for your iPhone? Antonio is our iOS developer who solves issues fast and effectively. His favorite project that he has worked on is the creation of the VG Peem App.
When we asked Antonio how he keeps on being motivated and what makes him productive, here’s what he said: “I have always been motivated by the desire to meet a deadline. Setting and reaching deadlines gives me a sense of accomplishment. I love creating an organized schedule for completing a task and achieving my goals on time.”
